To provide administrative and operational support to Field Ops.
To answer all incoming telephone calls within 3 rings.
To ensure timely and effective handling of Customer queries and complaints.
To ensure resolution of all problematic cases with relevant personnel to bring billings up-to-date.
To ensure timely and accurate creation/maintenance of Customer and machine-in-field information.
Minimum Requirement of Incumbent
Minimum GCE O level with credits in English and Mathematics.
1 year working experience.
Must be proficient in office applications.
