General Features and Benefits
- Active Directory authentication or
Lotus Notes authentication is utilized to control users access
to contents and documents. An IT person does not need to maintain
a multiple user list and access codes. The clients only have to
remember one user name and password
- Each server can store 200,000 pages
in up to 20 customized cabinets, containing 10,000 documents in
each. Individual folders and sections are also available to mirror
your existing filing structure
- All files are stored on the server in
their native format
- Customizable templates and index fields
