Document Distribution System for Enterprise Environment
ScanRouter™ Enterprise software has been developed to provide simple,
electronic delivery of scanned documents over your existing network.
Photos, schematics and handwritten reports are converted into electronic files through the
Front panel of Ricoh's Aficio™ Multifunction Products.
Additionally, these software solutions turn your standalone copier/printer into a rapid,
paperless, network-wide document distribution system. They offer network scanning and paperless
incoming/outgoing fax routing.
Scanned documents and incoming faxes are quickly and easily delivered to individual or group
names via your office network.
