ScanRouter Professional
Document Distribution System for Workgroups
ScanRouter™ Professional has been developed to provide simple, electronic
delivery of scanned documents over your existing network.
Photos, schematics and handwritten reports are converted into electronic files through the
Front panel of Ricoh's Aficio™ Multifunction Products.
Additionally, these software solutions turn your standalone copier/printer into a rapid,
paperless, network-wide document distribution system. They offer network scanning and paperless
incoming/outgoing fax routing.
Scanned documents and incoming faxes are quickly and easily delivered to individual or group
names via your office network.
The ScanRouter™ solution doesn't only make the user's life easier but also the
administrator's. The software doesn't have to be installed on every PC, because all PCs with an
Internet browser can access the information. The system can also be remotely configured and
maintained so you never have to leave your seat, at least not for ScanRouter™ Professional.
