Document Distribution System for Enterprise Environment
ScanRouter™ Enterprise software has been developed to provide simple, electronic delivery of scanned documents over your existing network.
Photos, schematics and handwritten reports are converted into electronic files through the Front panel of Ricoh's Aficio™ Multifunction Products.
Additionally, these software solutions turn your standalone copier/printer into a rapid, paperless, network-wide document distribution system. They offer network scanning and paperless incoming/outgoing fax routing.
Scanned documents and incoming faxes are quickly and easily delivered to individual or group names via your office network. |

Maximized Workflow Environment
- Scanned documents are stored on a ScanRouter™ Enterprise Server and delivered to client PCs through specified Windows folders (maximum 200)
- The maximum number of destinations of the ScanRouter™ Enterprise Server is up to 2,000 when connected to the selected Aficio™ series
- With LDAP connection between ScanRouter™ Enterprise Server an Lotus Notes/Exchange Servers, up to 90,000 e-mail addresses can be accessed
